Wellbeing Audits
Happy and healthy staff are the cornerstones of a successful school, but well-being is often done badly. With this service, we will complete a comprehensive well-being audit of your staff and provide detailed suggestions, including cheap quick wins, to improve their workplace experience.
With burnout and teachers being signed off with stress higher than ever, it is critical to get wellbeing done correctly to provide the students with the best education possible.
With this service, we will ask all staff to complete a survey, but a member of the team will come into the school and speak with staff directly about their well-being and any concerns they may have. A comprehensive analysis will be provided to the Principal or Headteacher, along with a presentation of actions and next steps that can be provided to staff.
