Self-Evaluation Forms and Development Plans
For this service, we get to know the school very quickly, including its strengths and weaknesses. Creating either a SEF or an SDP will take about two day work each.
Writing an SEF or SDP takes approximately 3 days each.
The first half day will consist of interviews with key staff and fact-finding about the school and its context.
The second half of the day will be spent editing notes and preparing the document.
The final two days will be spent finalising the SEF or the SDP and submitting it to the client.
